Just like my Imp!Midna costume, this took a lot of painting as well.
I tackled the cloak first by drafting my own pattern for it. It took some creative thinking and crossed fingers to make it happen. Skirt was pretty easy, and the crown/headpiece was built on top of a headband.
I wore this costume first to Tandokucon, but it wasn't 100% finished and I forgot a few things. So in the week bewteen the two cons, I made adjustments and made sure I had everything for this costume. I ended up having to use my bodysuit because the tights I had ordered didn't come in time.
