Wig was purchased at a store and it is about 6ft long. This thing was a monster I had to add a ponytail at the end so it didnt become completely destroyed.

The top I already owned. I made the red bow with broadcloth. The skirt is a cotton like material I made the pleats and it was sewn on a sewing machine. The socks are official japanese school girl socks.
