I've been wanting to do this costume forever! *_* I fell in love with Suigintou's character when I first saw her <3 Don't worry, I don't think you're junk! ^o^/

This dress took 8 hours in hemming alone. -_- An entire Law & Order marathon (lol srsly) I don't think I've ever put more time into any of my other costumes.
