Dahlia is my favorite female character from the UTTER GENIUS that is Phoenix Wright... and I certainly can't pull off Godot! ;) I love her to death, but I'm pretty sure her evil spirit POSSESSED this costume! She broke 2 of my best friend's sewing machines, her umbrella attacked people, and the butterflies would not cooperate with the wire I wanted springing from my back so they ended up getting strung from the umbrella at the last second from VERY VISIBLE supports. Regardless, I am really happy with this costume, as it is the first time I ever used a PATTERN and proved that real clothing is within my realm. I feel so pretty (and villainous) when I wear Dolly, I had the most fantastic group, and I cannot wait to keep using this costume. ...I have yet to set any fires with my rage, but I am working on it.
