I DID NOT MAKE THIS - It was a combo of thrift store and other items. But for the record - finding a PLAIN blue tube top was AWFUL. Everything had stripes or stars, or butterflies or other fancy crap on it. The boots were the most expensive item, being Aldo. But I wanted a pair of knee high boots, so I allowed myself to splurge :)
