I Adore Kula's charactor and when looking for reference pictures of her for my first Kula outfit I came accross SNK's Day's of Memory.
(If I could ever get a hold of the game, I sure would like to have it.)
She wears a school girl outfit in the game along with a gothic lolita outfit that I would also like to make in the future.
Kula is super cute and I love cosplaying her, so here is my School girl Version.

UPdate:
I didn't quite like how this turned out in the end.
The top I bought was just not flattering to me.
And my skirt attempt was medioker. I hated the pleates on this skirt, and the fabric I choose to work with wasn't too great.
NOt to mention the colors are off a bit, I'm putting this on my Remake list. And I think I'll just make a top from scratch as well. This time around I just bought a white top from Target, but I think I got one size too big. So it looks funny. Maybe I just replace the top. - but I'm still not happy with my skirt.
