I dont' watch Naruto, so I honestly have no idea who this character is. It's a last-minute costume that was originally made for my best friend's birthday party (instead of presents, she wanted everyone to pwn some kiddies at Lazer Tag dressed up as Naruto characters - it was super fun, we're doing it again :D). My OTHER best friend and her boyfriend convinced me to wear it to Katsu '08. So, here it is.
