I loved Raphael and dreamt of making his default outfit. The entire costume was constructed, with the over jacket fully lined (+ hidden pockets), every edge top stitched or extra embelishments added for a more regal look. The leather pants are real leather, and were modified for the additional red sections. I then hand stitched in trim along the edges, which murdered my fingertips.

All the armor pieces are either foamies or model magic with heavy gold paint.

The wig is a 3/4 wig with extra extensions sewn in to make it more full.

I also purchased the game just so I could look at his outfit from all angles. Gotta love those 'character view' sections!

The sword was originally my Shido sword, just coated in model magic, paint, tissue paper, painted beads (for the little eyes), and the top of a plastic dome for the main eye.
