This is the Pucca half of the Pucca/Garru costumes my boyfriend (Astillar) and I made for Ikkicon. Both the costumes were predominantly made by Astillar, I was simply the pilot who volunteered to wear the outfit.

It's made from xpvc, pvc pipe, upholstry foam, spandex, and a few other tidbits. The pair of them took over two months to make and each cost around $90.
