I love Laguna with such a passion because he is so under appreciated in the FF8 universe. He's a funny and quirky character who needed some more love than he actually got. His story in the game was the one I was more excited to play than that of Squall's because he always found a way to make his situation work out for the best. That...and he becomes the president of the most powerful and tech-savvy country on the planet...by accident. XD

This is the first of three Laguna outfits I plan on making, so I'm really happy that this one came out as well as it did. <3
