This is my first costume ever, my first sewing project ever, too. I love Freya and I hope when the costume is done, I've done her at least a little justice. When I saw all the awesome costumes at Anime Boston last year, I decided that I had to make one, too.

It's now technically "complete" since I've worn the mask and made gloves and a new partisan for it, but I think I would like to still work on minor details like the tabard's plainness and weight.

I need to cut a new wig for it sometime, for sure. I really ruined the one I had. ^^;

It would also be nice if I could get the tabard to sit flat.. maybe I need to make an entirely new tabard, with new tabard straps and everything. It would be a pain but I'm not happy with how it lies on my body.

But other than that, I'm very very happy with it. ^_^ Feel free to talk to me about it if you want to know how I made something in detail. I want to see more Freya cosplayers out there! Lots! Everybody should cosplay Freya! ^___^
