Helmet, Shield, and Spear were all hand made by me.

"Sparto," cloak, and straps were made by a friend.

Armor was purchased off ebay.

I worked out almost every day for six months to get ready for this costume. It was fun to have a costume that not only pushed me in my skills as costumer, making the helmet, shield, and spear myself, and learning all sorts of new skills, like how to paint wood grain onto plastic, how to actually sculpt in bondo, and how to do detailed weathering, but pushed me to work out and improve myself as a person.
