This costume is my favorite because it's so much fun to do! The quality of the fabric is really nice, the skirt is really bouncy, and all the tiny details (like the sequined stars and tiny jewels) really make it into something believeable. While some creative license had to be taken with parts of the costume (for aesthetic or budgeting reasons), I think it really gives the costume a nice personal twist.

The light-up Love-Me Chain is really the coup of the costume, especially since it is way better than the first version that I did before. This one actually looks like it is made of metal, and has pretty crystals that light up bright orange when you flip the switch.

It's my favorite character from the very first anime that I was exposed to, so I really love the character. I can really get into the part because I look like her, and also have a somewhat similar personality.
