This costume was pretty simple to make. I drafted my own patterns for the costume and I used crushed velvet and marabou for the main parts of it. I used black leggings I own to wear underneath, and I just wrapped some red ribbon (which I had to pin in place because it kept falling).
I got the shoes at payless, and I just painted them black (yayy!).
I styled the wig and used brown spray paint to give it the extra hold (works fantastic!).
