I worked on this costume for eight months and over 200 hours. It was lots of fun. I made the arm out of a cardboard cylinder (one that you put in the ground to pour concrete into) then I layered it with craft foam and the strips are made out of polystyrene. The lock was made out of Wonderflex with a styrofoam center.
