I enjoyed doing the basic Lucius cosplay so much that I wanted to try my hand at any others he would appear in. I liked the costume design so much that I decided to go for The Death Eater.

I loved the choice of fabric I would get to play with. The Robe included dress velvet which is one of my favourite fabrics.

Easiest part was the robe. The pattern I made from sratch and it took no time to put together.

The Hardest part was the hood. Trying to get the hood to sit correctly on my head was a trick and I'm still not happy with it. Luckerly in the film the actor (Jason Isaacs) dosen't wear it for often).

Favorite part was the snake buttons. I hand painted those and they came out much better than I thought they would.

Least favorite part, the hood enough said!

The snake cane was hand built by me for the previous Lucius costume. Although it is complete I would like to improve apon the hood.
