I wanted to do this costume ever since I saw her transformation sequence *___* I'm a sucker for elemental things and a birdly beast woman with the power of wind is KICKASS.

The costume was first made with moleskin, but after trying it on about a month prior to it's debut, I decided to trash it and start over with lycra I had lying around for Cortana. Luckily they were the same color. It fit much better this time around, but the fabric is weak and likes to tear on me a lot D:

The wings are made of foamie since you're crazy if you think I'm spending over $100 on feathers. Plus these were very light-weight and could be transported fairly easily. They hang from the black scarf, so I still have a bare-back and stayed faithfulto the design.

The wig was, surprisingly, the easiest part of the costume. A diagram of how I made it can be found here
