Description
Arkadia and I are making their End Earth outfits for Fanime, and decided to make their uniforms the week before the cherry blossom shoot because they were too cute to pass up.
CONSTRUCTION NOTES: Skirt's a simple pleated skirt, jacket is heavily altered from a commercial pattern, etc.
