this costume was made for Utai as a partner costume to Kiki-chan's Meiling. this costume was a LOT more time consuming though :P it took almost thirty hours of work... I really underestimated the time on this one :P anyways, I really like how it turned out...the pants sit a little low, but besides that, I really like it :) (Especially the hat, I wore it around after I made it as inspiration to keep working :)
