I've always wanted to cosplay as Chi/Chii, but it seems like EVERY girl has already cosplayed as her already, like a million times over. Unless I'm like, a HUGE fan of a char, I don't like to cosplay one that EVERYONE has already done.
So, even though I wanted to do Chi/Chii, I wanted to try something that few people have tried before!

I recently started reading the manga of 'Tsubasa', and I got hooked! And since I was already a 'Chobits' fan, I was WICKED excited to see that Chi/Chii was in this series too! Okay, it's a wicked tiny part - but she's still there! WooHoo!

I was recently trying to think of who I wanted to cosplay as for Anime Boston '09. AB '08 only ended a couple weeks ago (as of this typing, lol), but I like to have a lot of time to customize & work on my future cosplay costumes.

I thought back to cosplaying as Chi/Chii, but - as you read, I wanted something unique. I immediately thought of 'Tsubasa' Chi/Chii: she's not a common cosplay (not to *MY* knowledge, anyway), her costume is REALLY pretty, and she's a character that I'd really like to try! So... Chi/Chii it is! YAAY!

(Well... she's ONE character I plan on doing so far, lol.)
