Description
This was basically a rip-up re-build of the Mustang costume.
It all started out with one of the staffers on AB wanting to re-create Mustang's officer photo that's on his desk. There was no one to cosplay Havoc... I liked him anyway, so I said, hell, with some editing my Mustang can be Havoc easy.
It snow balled from there. Havoc was in SO many events this year.
