Description

Man....This was my first costume.
And boy did I get A LOT of help on it.
I made it for a Convention back in 2007.

The Final Project:

-The Dress -
I bought a pattern for a Alice in Wonderland costume and tweaked it a bit so it was more like the Alice from the game. Big thanks to my mom for fixing the piece of crap I "attempted" to put together.

-The Apron -
This was incredibly easy. Me and my best friend worked on it together and got pleasing results. The bow in the back was a pain because it was a bit smaller than I hoped, but I still liked it.

-The Knife -
My dad made this for me out of foam board(because I lack in the "creative" department). I know what your thinking. "Wouldnt it break?" I know it seems like it, but it didnt. It was very sturdy. I painted it later.

-The Horseshoe Necklace -
I wasn't sure how to make this for myself, so my dad made me an upside down horseshoe necklace.
(Dont ask how. He just did. lol.)

-Though the boots are not shown, I bought some knee-high army boots at an Amry Surplus store for about $40. You can also find them at Hot Topic, but they are much more expensive.

The entire project took about 3 days to complete all together. I was surprised at how good it looked in the end.
