The entire costume was made by myself completely from scratch.


The first thing I made was the black arm sleeves underneath the shirt. Then I made the black leg sleeves, followed by the dark blue sweatpants. After I finished those I made the sandals, dyed the rope, and then finished the shirt. After I had everything at a basic stand point, I edited everything. I'm so glad I edited it all because it turned out a lot better. I was already planning to fix certain things but it changed from what I was originally going to do with the costume. The rope was the ONLY thing that was bought and that was edited of course. It was originally white so the plan was to dye it purple. That worked, but didn't completely dye the rope purple. Due to this, I went out and bought spray paint and ended up spray painting it.


I chose this as my first costume because Uchiha, Sasuke is one of my favorite characters. I love the outfit he wears in Shippuden and since I've already done the black outfit I wanted to do this one. I also wanted to make this outfit because not only was it a good first costume to make but I just caught up to the Shippuden episodes.


I am very proud of this costume for a lot of reasons and though it may not look like a lot of work, trust me it was.

This is my first costume I ever created and won't be my last that's for sure.

I completely revised my Sword of Kusanagi, now entirely made of wood. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, it is now fully functional. The sword couldn't be sheathed before due to issues, but now is able to slide into the sheath.
