Description
This was originally intended for the ACen 2008 Masquerade Ball, but we didn't make it and it wasn't finished in time.
alterations to the original design for this costume include shortening the skirt to slightly longer than knee-length and simplifying the bow to a standard lolita headbow. i'm also choosing to wear a lolita blouse, white knee-high socks, ans black Mary Jane shoes with it.
