Costume of doom!

I've remade every part of this costume four times, and am already planning a fifth incarnation. I'm never happy with the finished project, so this a kind of 'never truly complete' costume of mine.

I love the thing to death, no matter how hot it can get (LAYERS and polyester doom), and the reactions from people are pretty awesome.

I chose to portray this costume with a hood, which I think works better for the OoC variation of this chartacter, but considering he's technically see-tyhrough and made of water, it's a hard one to place.

I do heavy black makeup to emphasize the depth behind the hood, and for the latest version I made a prostetic forehead to give me major deepset eyes. Sadly I got burns from the spirit gum, so there's only one photo of me in that costume, and its hard to see any detail in it. Ah well, next time.
