Our second Name of the Wind photo shoot was staged for the purpose of producing a photographic comic book, to be entered in a contest the author created to celebrate the release of the paperback edition of the book. The storyline involves the book getting passed from character to character, while Kvothe (the main character) chases after it. We raised the character count to 13 the second time around, which required much of our cast to double (or, in my case, triple) up on roles.

Cinder is one of the Chandrian (creepy characters that you don't want to meet). He is graceful and cold... in fact, his whole being conveys a sense of frost and ice. Since my wardrobe was pretty much limited to basic black, I had a little fun with Cinder's makeup design, and added the flowing iridescent sleeves (scavenged from my Haydee costume) to represent frost flowing from his touch.
