When my friend Amanda decided to be Yu Kanda for SC '08, I wanted to do a little team cosplay with her! So who did I choose to be? None other than Lavi....one of the people whom Kanda gets annoyed of. XD

I can't really take credit for the jacket and headband- those were actually commissioned. But everything else in this costume was made, bought, modified, etc. by me! Like I said in my profile page- I'm the type who will have others do the sewing FOR me. ^^; ...but I'm proud to say I DID make the hammer that I carried around all on my own. It was made with styrofoam and some of the materials I had used to make my Wildfire armor! <3 But unlike my armor, this hammer never broke. And for that reason, I'm proud of my prop. X3

There were much better Lavis at the con than me, but I am totally happy with what I've managed to get for this cosplay. I just have to style the wig next time and add a few more things to my hammer to make it look better. :3
