I finished this costume just in time for Fanime '08, but make no mistake, keeping the wraps from slipping down was a major pain in the butt, even having planned ahead for such difficulties and having shorts and a top to pin the wraps to. In the end though it was Paracelsus who garnered most of the attention and not my costume, really. I slightly suspect that if I had just worn regular clothes and carried around Paracelsus I would have been just as popular. I guess that's just as well, though, because I worked really hard on Paracelsus and I was glad to see that people were impressed with him. It was a lot of trial and error, but in the end it paid off.
