It wasnt hard. I found the skirt in Nordstrom and added red ribbon. I bought the shirt at WalMart along with the other fabric I would need. The shoes I found at Nine West, but they hurt really bad. **picture credits go too deathcon.com, fansview.com, and eurobeat king.**
