I made the jumper dress, shirt, petticoat, and hat by modifying a bunch of patterns. Everything was pretty simple to put together, though finding that pink plaid fabric was a tricky beast. Already had the wig and boots from my last Esther costume.
There are 90 tassels in total, all of which I made by cutting and tying together strips of yarn.
