I've always loved lain, she's not only one of my favorite characters of all time, but she's a very easy costume. :P

I set up a huge photoshoot with my dad (Mike from Conpix.net) and we got together a bunch of laptops for the photoshoot. We put pictures of lain up on most of the screens and I covered myself in wires. It was pretty fun.

This was sorta a landmark costume for me too, I mean, the wig! I had to cut a short wig even shorter. The wig itself isn't just brown, it's red and black mixed. I got some red extension wefts and then colored them with some black graffiti pen and sewed them in. All in all, a fun adventure in wig styling and I learned a lot. One problem is that the black rubs off over time and gets on my face sometimes. >.<
