I love Shia <3 I've always wanted to cosplay as her. She's been one of my favorite characters back since 2002, and her outfit always seemed to intimidate me.
It's mostly because of all the wiring I had to do. That's what took the most time. The sleeves, collar, and bottom of the dress is all wired to give the shape. ^^
