I absolutely adore this costume. In my opinions this is Rikku's best dressphere with her Songstress closely behind.

This was a reasonably difficult costume to put together, but nothing terribly challenging. All I did was make a plain and simple yellow sun dress, cut out the holes in the appropriate areas, line the cut edges with black bias tape, add the buttons, rope, white ribbon etc... Made the gloves, armbands, necklace, card, and painted some cheap boots. The toughest part was attaching the black cable to the sides of the dress.
