This costume was a long and tedious process. I made every single bead and jewel by hand with fimo and painted them all to match. The wig I blended with gold and yellow to give it more of a realistic feel. Well, as realistic as something purple with neon yellow hair can be, in any case. The wig started out as a yellow Punky XL, and I added two yellow and one pack of gold extentions to it.

All of the red furries on the front/back of the bodysuit were stitched to the bodysuit completely by hand. I even put little boobie enhancers in it to try and give me those omghuge anime boobs! The bodysuit zips up the back and is made of lavender steam velour, to give it a slightly furry look, while still being stretchy enough to, well, be a bodysuit.

The tail is a metric ton of wire, batting, and more fabric, with some wefts leftover from my wig. I really love the way the tail sticks up like in the reference pictures! The ears are wire as well, attached to a custom headband that's hidden underneath the wig. Inside of the steam velour of the ears is peltex and some 3D paint to give the ear veins more of a popping effect.

Overall, I love this costume, the wig, the colors, and the overall effect, but sadly, everything must come to an end and she was retired after Adventure Con in 2008.
