It took 3 weeks to make our costumes. The Zach costume didn't take that long cause it was his stuff he found lying around the house. The shirt was originally a sweater that we chopped off the sleeves. But we made the sword that took 2 days to make. Sword has a wooden pole in the middle, the outer part is poster board and then spray painted metal silver. Belt was made out of pleather.

My costume took a week to make. My weapon took 2 nights to make as well. It was 2 wooden pieces which was then sawed into shape then nailed in the middle. Spray painted with metal silver.
The headband is a sweat band. The shirt was a ribbed knit long white sweater that the sleeves were also cut off. Then it was dyed green. Made the chest pieces out of some nylon fabric. Shorts were purchased as well as the fishnet glove and leg. The hand glove was also modified.
