Description
This costume took me so long to complete. I wore the top part without the wig to AMA 2006, way back when, and i didn't finish it until NekoCon 2007 that was about a year and a half later..... anyway, it has a million layers, a crazy wig and i look kind of retarded in it.... I guess thats to be expected from a retarded character though.
