This was by far the most fun and most challenging costume I've made to date. Every single thing, props included (and I have WAY too many), was at least 90% made from scratch. The only added-onto/altered things were my boots (the bottom third of them) and my Earth Kingdom bag.
When my friends and I decided to do Avatar cosplays, we had no idea it would take as long to put together as it did.... but we're rather picky about detail, so it wasn't THAT surprising. Also, we had to work on them around a summer marketing class of doom and actual jobs, which didn't leave us much time... but we did it!!
I commissioned my sword from Sukotto-kun.

This costume has a lot of variants, including BEACHPARTY!Sokka and Sexy-Hair-Down!Sokka, which you can see in my costume list. :D

If you see me at a con and somehow stand out to me (in a positive way) I'll most likely give you something homemade and Avatar related.
