I used canvas for the majority of the jacket and a softer fleece-like fabric for the stomach, inner ear, and hood lining. The lines were drawn with fabric paint and I randomly added large brown stitches around the ears and lower band of the jacket.
The shorts were made from regular brown fabric and were also lined with fabric paint, but it blended with the color a bit too well so it's hard to see.
