It had been Elo's (one of my best friends') cosplay dream to do a CardCaptor Sakura cosplay group someday. About a year ago I realized that even if I've never crossplayed I could probably pull off a decent Syaoran to accompany her as Sakura, so I got to work in my free time and finished the costume (with Elo and Marsha Mellow's great assistance, patience and moral support) the night before the three of us were going to be judges in the cosplay contest at one of our local conventions "Japonawa"... It was a group effort and a success! A few people weren't sure if I was really a girl or not, which only made me more proud of my first crossplay! Hooray! XD
