This costume was pretty low effort on my part. That wig is pretty much as-is right out of the bag, and the shirt was purchased at the thrift store and then modified by me (originally it was a long-sleeves button up, and a bit on the large side). The bow was made from a cotton broadcloth remnant, and I actually made TWO -- one to go w/ Rynn's newly modified uniform as well. And speaking of Rynn, she gets all the credit for slaving away over both of our pleated skirts. The loafers I happened to already own, as well as the black knee-highs.
