This costume, as well as the uniform version, was made for the WCS 2008 French selections. I had Euphemia as a partner, and the idea about my costume was to take off the army uniform on stage to reveal the battle suit under it.
But sadly, we could not participate: on the way to the convention, I fainted on the metro platform, and was taken to the hospital where I had no choice but to remain until very late in the afternoon. v_v I know this sucks, like, a lot: we spent so many time to work on our costumes, on the skit, on the Britannia flag (which I do not have anymore, my partner kept it), that not being able to compete was just SO depressing. And even if I know I could have done nothing about it, and if I'm perfectly sure we would never have won the contest, I'm still feeling pretty much responsible and uneasy. I think this will remain a very bad memory, for this and for others suckin' reasons I won't tell here.
Anyway! A photoshoot is going to be done at the end of August, so, stay tuned! ^^
