TOOK FOREVER. In the process of making this costume I came to love the furry community, they were the only ones with resources on how to do something of this undertaking. I discovered many great artists along the way too! The materials used for the head were: One roll of 1 inch thick polyfoam, and three yards of ultra cuddle fleece fabric and one yard of plain beige felt. The eyes were made using the foam that comes in sheets and the teeth were made from model magic.

I used the toaster head method to make a base that would slip on to my head and then added the foam pieces onto that. It takes forever for hotglue to adhere two pieces of polyfoam so you have to sit and hold each piece in place. Thank you to Youtube for keeping me entertained for those hours. Thank you to ice for all the burns I sustained.

Wings: CPVC piping from Lowes with black foam insulation and lots of electrical tape. I used a heat gun to bend the pipe to how I wanted it, after I did that I covered it in the insulation and then covered that with fabric and then sewed in the wing webbing.

Tail: more polyfoam, and three coat hangers... red fleece and lots a paint.

Hands: old work gloves that I covered. I added the felt claws to each end and the sleeves I also added.
