Kenshin is one of my absolute favorite characters, so of course I had to attempt him. I must admit, I was extremely hesitant at first because he's one of those characters who are so easy to butcher. Here is my best attempt to date, and I hope I did not ruin the image of the wandering swordsman for my fellow Rurouni Kenshin fans.

This is probably one of my favorite costumes. The outfit is pretty simple, so I did my best to get all the little seemingly trivial details right - down to the purple hairtie, brown tabi socks, and white-strapped sandals. I'm happy to have gotten my hands on a sakabatou, as well. It's all very comfortable to wear, and for once I don't have to feel inadequate about my height. Hahaha.
