This was an extremely complex costume for many reasons. For one, I have never made a dress before that had so many different aspects such as an over dress and an extremely fitted top with a more flared waist.

Secondly, this particular character is a background character so there are only two actual pictures of her, only one being a full body shot.

Lastly, the wig was not easy. She has this hairstyle that is not possible with real or fake hair and achieve the look needed of just being piled on. However, I think we managed to do a really decent job with it and it came out so pretty.

Overall, I plan on wearing this a few more times and am extremely happy with the results.

All the designs on the dress are either hand painted or appliquéd on. Everything as a whole took about 4 months to finish with the white dress being made twice before I was happy with it.
