Debuted at San Japan, August 08.
The jerkin (and all details on it), belt, scabbard, gloves, and eyepatch are all leather. Heavy leather, chap suede, doeskin suede, and other varieties. This includes the lacing holding the straps to the jerkin - they are latigo lacing. In fact, the only non-leather materials on places that ought to be leather are suedecloth for the boots and vinyl for the silver trim and straps on the boots. The hardware is done with a combination of wonderflex, Hearty clay, paperclay, and sculpey, though the studs and rivets are all real metal.
Geese, his sword, is paperclay over a wood base, with a fabric-wrapped handle and Sculpey pommel. The scabbard is a hilarious mixture of materials and techniques - leather, wonderflex/Hearty, sintra, cord, real rivets and studs, and a little vinyl. I put just about every technique I know into this costume, and learned a few more, like wet-forming leather to create the brown epaulets on the shoulders.
