I'm very proud of Yoruichi, because this is the first costume I've REALLY made myself. Well, Luffy....but Luffy was like, obscenely easy to make...

So, I bought the black bodysuit online, and the top is made out of 2 t-shirts from Target XD The makeup is Ben Nye, which works wonders but requires a LOT of washing XP The leg guards are actually the little cardboard inserts from the boots I just bought for my Demyx and ANBU costumes covered in interfacing, heh...the shoes made me so very happy. I couldn't believe I'd found white flats with the straps across 'em like that.

And the wig also makes me happy cuz the ponytail is a clip-on, so if I ever wanted to be "young Yoruichi" I wouldn't need a second wig!!

But as much as I love this costume and as proud as I am of it, I doubt I'll wear it for cons much. It takes an hour to put on because of the makeup, and even though the makeup dries just fine, I feel nervous all day about touching things and stuff...>.<
