Here it is! My first costume ever! My Sailor Moon from 1998.

I took two white leotards- made one the body and the other the top part. Bought a small Christmas bow and a large Christmas bow for the front and back. Shiny blue tissue - yes present tissue paper for the sailor shirt and skirt. "Dumplings" used red felt circles with white paint. Tiara- Halloween tiara with red center gem. Boots are made from red stockings and white trim from leotard material. Moons cut out of gold sequins. Gloves- bought and power bands made with stocking material. All put together with a hot glue gun!
