This costume was made as a secret character for the 2008 Fantasy Masquerade at METROCON in Tampa, Florida. We combined it with the sword card, too! I drafted the WHOLE thing myself, and I am really satisfied. I have never worked with lycra before, nor have I made gloves or boot covers! I have never styled a wig, either...yeah, this thing was full of firsts! It was sewn with a serger, since a "stretch stitch" on my machine is not very....stretchy.....^^;; A lot of this is hand-sewn, like the extensions on the gloves and boots and the white trim on the dress. When I wear it again, I plan to wear the white makeup and get a bodysuit. The wig was incredible comfortable despite it being a monstrosity. We call it...the Beast! XD
