This was a very last minute addition to my costume list for SDCC as the girls from GirlsEntertainmentNetwork.com wanted to do a DG group. Mei Yaoh is a very bit character (Hong Kong policewomen who assists Abby and the others) from a two-shot Kamikaze.

It was fairly easy, just time consuming.. I took an old black top and cut and sewed a new neckline, added black tights. I found this new fake fake pleather for the bodice and lined it with satin.
