I took apart my counsel dress, and decided to rebuild it. In the meantime, I realized I needed a 300 outfit to march in the parade at D*Con, so I rushed to make the pool dress, which is very, very easy.

It can be worn, quite literally, with only three spots needing snaps or pinning. It's virtually no-sew.
